Other related legislation and case files are also part of our archives for easy referencing by our employees. This knowledge database has proven useful many times in facing our day to day operations.
Among these, the two key Acts that stand out are the Strata Management Act 757 and the Strata Titles Act 1985. Our personnel are trained and often re-trained on these two Acts to allow them to execute their duties within the boundaries of the law and also to advice property owners on their responsibilities and limitations.
